Helpful Tips
#1 Redirect to any page in your site!
After you have your Pygmy, you can use it to redirect visitors to any page in the site by adding a / followed by the page name within the site. For example:
You've made a Pygmy for www.mynewestwebsite.com and you want to redirect people to www.mynewestwebsite.com/vacation.html
All you need to do is amend your Pygmy. Let's say that it's http://pygmyurl/Z1X Just add your desired sub-directory, /vacation.html to it, which would give you http://pygmyurl/Z1X/vacation.html The visitor will now be sent to that specific page in that site.
#2 Using the toolbar widget!
You can drag this Make A Pygmy! widget to your favorites bar and create an instant Pygmy for any page you're on, at any time. This works in most browsers including Internet Explorer and Firefox. It works pretty simple. If you're on a certain page and you want a Pygmy for it, just click the link in your toolbar.
This is the feature that, we understand, causes people the most frustration. So here's some images with an explanation on the steps to get it working, including the work around for Internet Explorer.
Step One: Click and HOLD DOWN your left mouse button on the link.

Step Two: While still holding down your left mouse button, drag it into your favorites bar and let go (Firefox shown).

On newer versions of Internet Explorer, dragging is no longer supported. So here's the workaround.
Step One: Right click on the link and select "Add To Favorites" from the popup window.
Windows will automatically show you a warning message. The link is safe so you don't need to worry about continuing.
Step Two: The favorites dialog box will open. You just need to navigate to, and select, the correct folder. On some versions it's the "links" folder. On others, it's the "Favorites Bar" folder. Choose whichever is applicable, then click ADD. You should then see the link in your favorites bar.

#3 Checking the statistics of your Pygmy!
By using the option to have us email your Pygmy information to you, you'll be provided a lifetime link that will show the statistics of the Pygmy. It covers lifetime statistics, as well as the most recent stats for the last day; week; month and quarter.
The link we provide is permanent and you'll only be getting one e-mail from us. Keep in mind that if you lose the link to your statistics page, we will be unable to provide that information for you again. So keep it in a safe place. It's a pretty nice feature!
